I’m writing to sincerely thank you for the great service I received from your agency. My wife and I are fairly new to real estate investing, but we knew that Raleigh was definitely on our short list of markets in which to invest. We didn’t know where to start, but after meeting you at the 2005 seminar in Torrance, California, we knew that we had found a local ally in Raleigh. Danyelle was very helpful and patient in managing a fairly extensive search process, as well as providing local resources for lending, inspection, insurance and property management. 

However, the most unexpected surprise was the support we received after closing. Certain board members of the HOA in the subdivision where we invested were very eager to institute anti-investor clauses in the community bylaws. We were extremely concerned that this would have a huge negative impact on our investment. We were losing sleep; wondering if we had made a big mistake. We were very fortunate that you were able to spring into action as a local advocate for us. Not only did you coordinate a letter from Clifton & Singer Law but you also personally attended the annual HOA meeting to lobby and vote against these measures on our behalf. We felt much more at ease knowing that our best interests were in your capable hands. The outcome was in our favor.  

Needless to say, making a major investment like this on the other side of the country can definitely be a cause for serious apprehension. We would not hesitate for a minute in recommending your services to any out-of-state investor looking to buy or sell in the Raleigh area.
